Being their for sugar mama... I am soon to be 48 (March 1962) years of age. I am an attentive, caring, loving, patient, noncontrolling and nonjudgmental hispanic man born and raised on the land known as the California republic and a once very successful construction contractor. I'm 5'-10" tall with Black Hair (salt and pepper sides and beard when grown), healthy and fairly fit with a relatively nice pair of legs from having played soccer in my youth. I'm available as a companion, friend, and partner for an interested woman of generous means. Feeling a bit burnt-out and exhuasted from life's challenges these past 25 years to support my family and going through a separation of 18 months, I'm looking to spend some time with a woman that is able to look after me without judging me and that will provide me with a sanctuary where I can rest my body and refresh my soul while I get my feet back on solid ground again. Because I recently lost my home of 20 years and my contracting business of 25 years I currently invest the majority of my waking hours in my independent research studies on commercial and banking law in preparation for the next go around. I have been blessed with many talents from being artistic, athletic, creative, intellectual, wise, diligent worker, good listener, industrious, a lover of all fine arts, wines and foods, and being passionate and tenacious in all that I do. I am very comfortable in levis and work boots or in business and dining out suits, I love to be instrumental in keeping my woman feeling content, engaged, excited, happy, interested, needed, satisfied and wanted.
